the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They provided recommendations for affordable dining options and allowed us to check-in early. The hot water in the showers was consistently good, and the overall cleanliness of the place was maintained. The presence of a decent kitchen was also a plus, as it allowed for some self-catering options. However, it would be much better if they paid more attention to bathroom maintenance, as there was often a shortage of toilet paper in the shared bathrooms during the afternoons and early evenings.
the breakfast provided was basic and did not include eggs, which had to be paid for separately. The unreliable wifi was also a major drawback, as it was often slow and unusable when it was needed the most.

This B&B is located in the heart of the city, close to popular attractions such as the Witches Market and various shops and restaurants. Guests have mentioned the convenient location in their reviews multiple times. the private rooms are described as spacious and clean, with some even offering lovely views.
Some guests have mentioned that there are lots of stairs to climb, which can be tiring, especially considering the high altitude.

our recent stay in la paz was absolutely delightful. we chose a twin room and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. the shared bathroom had a hot shower and the upstairs area with a shared kitchen had a great view. the staff was incredibly helpful, even letting us finish cooking in the downstairs kitchen when the gas ran out. definitely great value for money!
The sink in our room really needed an update.

Fantastic value for money with a private double room and bathroom. The location was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and attractions. The staff, Cesar and Paula, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist and provide useful information.
More jam for the plentiful bread during breakfast would have been great.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to popular attractions and dining options. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the Assistant Manager who went above and beyond to assist us. the room was warm and comfortable, which was a relief during the chilly Christmas season.
Some of the reception staff could have been more friendly and efficient. security was a concern as there were no lockers provided in the rooms or common areas, and we had an unfortunate incident where our belongings were taken from the shared kitchen without consequence.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. the front desk staff were helpful and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. the wifi connection was also reliable, which was a plus.
One major downside was the condition of the rooms. They were dark and lacked windows, giving off a cavelike vibe.

I recently stayed at Bolivian Home B&B for two weeks and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing us to check in early. The hot shower in the bathroom worked perfectly. The breakfast at the cafe downstairs was good, and we were able to add on extra items for an even better meal. The travel agency downstairs was a major bonus, with English-speaking staff who helped us book our Peru transfer. The top floor room had a beautiful view of the city and the housekeeper was exceptionally nice, always ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with key attractions such as the iglesia San Fran, witch market, and the prado within a block's distance. The beds in the dorm room were comfortable and had warm covers. Additionally, the common area/lobby had a cozy atmosphere and was a great place to relax and mingle with other guests.
The bathrooms were not up to par, with not enough facilities per floor and a missing shower door, resulting in a constantly wet floor. The security measures were also lacking, with small lockers in the lobby for valuables and no lockers in the shared rooms, allowing anyone in the dorm access to personal belongings.
